Prologue for Numa Acupuncture

At this time, I am hopeful that this endeavor will have many chapters in the coming years. After 4 years in Madison, WI — 1 year in Denver, CO — 3 years in San Francisco, CA — 4 years in Golden, CO — we’re back in Lake Country, WI. This time away from our roots was filled with exploration and learning.

While I have always been driven by knowledge, I believe it was stress that ultimately led me on a path to understanding the human body from various lenses, traditions, and textbooks. The ancient practices of yoga and acupuncture have guided me toward a life with fewer symptoms and more peace of mind. Numa Acupuncture is a space to share this feeling with you. I trust that all I have learned in the last 30 years has accumulated into what may be a beautiful offering for our community. I hope that we can grow in our health and wellness together, continually learning, applying, evaluating, and sharing.
